All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.

For products that don't fall within the Product-Specific policies You may return your item by contacting Customer Service and requesting a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

If we shipped you an incorrect item:There are two ways to solve the problem:

  1. exchanging it for the correct item.
  2. returning it for a full refund.

Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange. Make sure to read the Product-Specific policies below for more details (when applicable) and exceptions.

If we shipped you an item in the wrong specification: You are eligible for a full refund after Customer Service confirms you received the wrong specification. Perceived specification differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.

If an item is missing from your order: Contact Customer Service to inform us an item is missing from your order. When we have confirmed that an item was missing, we will offer a full refund of the item price or begin processing a new one for you.

If your package is lost during shipping: Contact Customer Service to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.

If we shipped you a defective or damaged item: You are qualified for a full refund. When make a request for your refund, it is necessary for you to provide Customer Service photographs which can clearly show the problem of the item as soon as possible. In addition, the courier number for this item and “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier are also required. To reduce inconvenience, you can also open the item with the courier on the scene and see if there are any damages during shipping. If so, you can reject the item and inform us that you rejected the package so that we can ship you a new item immediately (excluding made-to-order dresses).

If we have sent your order out.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks after giving your package to the shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 20business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How can I return a faulty item?

tabletme shall carefully pack your merchandise before having them dispatched to you. And we are quite sorry to hear if the product was found damaged after you unwrapped the package.

You can just take photos of the damaged package and send them to [email protected].

A full refund on the item fare will be offered for your new purchase without sending the original one back to our warehouse, this may cost you too much for package return.

Before returning faulty goods, please contact us first via tabletme contact form to discuss the issues you are having with the merchandise received. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem instead of asking customers to make returns.

If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return or exchange them under our 7 Days Return warranty.

You may follow the following steps to return the merchandise to tabletme.

  1. As long as we confirmed the product defects, our customer service representative will send the return back address to you.
  2. Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, and place it in a shipping box.
  3. Describe the problem(s) of the dress(es) you have received. Print them or the email content with our customer representative into a paper. And put it into the return back package.
  4. We will refund to you in 2-3 business days after receive your return back package and re-examining it from tabletme QC(Quality Check) department.

Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS which may cost much more.

For a kindly reminder that the package for return is in following conditions:

  1. Unused;
  2. With original tags and packaging;
  3. Unwashed;
